Archaeologist

Fascinated by the phenomenon of changes through times, I became an archaeologist. What looks today like an empty desert might have been a blossoming garden in the past. As archaeologists we look on the ground and try to find tiny traces of this garden. Everything changes. What will be tomorrow? Nobody knows. A few things persist from the past, fortunately, that provide us with clues as to what came before. Through excavation work I have travelled a lot all over the world. In Sudan, wherever I went, from Wadi Halfa to Kassala and to al-Qadarif, I have met many kind people.
